We were personally welcomed and after asking we were given beautiful recommendations for special shops and cafes. The room was absolutely lovely, we were stunned by the view and the location! If we come back to brighton we will most definitely book the Blue Sky Guest House again! Thank you for the lovely stay!

The owner was very helpful and gave us a restaurant recommendation. The fitting room was comfortable, as was the bed. I would definitely stay at Ebor Lodge again!

A Room With A View is situated in Kemp Town, on Brighton’s seafront. The Grade II listed Georgian building offers parking and free Wi-Fi. Lovely people, excellent breakfast, went the extra mile to make our trip special.

Our best hotel experience of all hotels at the South coast of the UK! We had an amazing stay in this hotel and what a great hosts are Rich and Katie, no effort has been spared to make us feel like at home here. The room was cozy and beautiful furniture and the view was stunning. It was beautiful to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. We had a wonderful breakfast in the morning, down in the lobby and the homemade cakes were the best we've ever tasted. It were all kind of nice things that made our stay at sea view all the more perfect. We can highly recommend this hotel, in fact this was our best experience in all hotels that we've seen at the south coast of England. They coordinated the time to deliver the keys with me so it was a very smooth process. At my final day I had to leave before the start time for breakfast and they went out of their way to wake up early and prepare breakfast for me - it was such a lovely gesture, I think I've never seen someone do this for me in a hotel! Oh and I cannot recommend enough the breakfast, absolutely amazing!!!
