From the minute we arrived to the minute we left there was a warm inviting atmosphere. The owners and staff were lovely.. The room was well decorated and spotlessly clean. We had all the facilities we required. The bed was comfortable which added to having a good night's sleep. We eat there on both nights as the food was of such good quality and staff were very efficient and friendly.

This was one of the best accommodations we ever had in England. An extravagant room and the house's own beautiful garden invited us to stay. The 5-star rated Newark Lodge Guest House offers high-quality bed and breakfast less than 10 minutes’ drive from the centre of Newark. The hosts are so friendly, the cottage is amazing, full of quirky art deco items, the rooms are large, the bed comfortable and the breakfast is awesome.

In the heart of the historic village of Laxton, The Dovecote Inn is a charming traditional inn offering fine food and rooms that are spacious and full of character. Wi-fi is free. Breakfast was great. Probably could evolve to having it in the pub.

Our host made us feel very at home .We were able to rest well .The bed and room were very spacious .A Cottage farm rest with great walks through nature .No traffic or noise .You could hear the birds and smell the fresh air .You can drive to Newark or Sherwood forest .Or , stay at Willow tree . Great breakfast. We Highly recomended Willow tree .
