Great food, very good staff and a great shower a must after a day of travelling . Great parking and good atmosphere in bar. Breakfast was amazing

Longleat Safari Park is 45 km from the guest house, while Longleat House is 46 km from the property. The nearest airport is Bristol Airport, 37 km from Glastonbury Hideaway. Andy and Julie were so kind to us, and also offered suggestions for local itinerary. The Hideaway room was amazing, with lots of little thoughtful touches and gorgeously decorated. The garden view outside was lovely and so enjoyable. We slept like rocks in the comfortable and cool Hideaway. We cannot recommend this gem enough for a stay in the Glastonbury area. We will definitely stay here on future visits!

West end farm was a very pleasant spot to enjoy the Somerset Levels. Local villages are accessible from Blackford. Little extras in the room were appreciated.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 29 km from Longleat Safari Park. Great location, fantastic friendly staff and a lovely stay. Would come here again and great value for money!

At The New Inn Halse each room comes with bed linen and towels. Lovely warm welcome, and staff that really couldn't do enough for us. The onsite restaurant serves a range of dishes, catering for vegans and vegetarians also. It's a community-owned pub/cafe/restaurant so the atmosphere is very friendly and it was always busy - There's a positive buzz that's omnipresent. Breakfast was toast, pastries, and cereals, simply help yourself - We didn't miss a cooked breakfast, at all, there was sufficient to see us into the day. The room was fabulous - Huge bed (large double) that was really comfy, en suite shower was immaculate, and the view from the window onto a country lane from which we regularly saw horses go by. Deadly silent by night, which was great, even with the window open. Will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by Colleen, the room was great and had everything we could possibly need, the homemade banana bread and breakfast was fabulous. Our grandson loved walking the dogs through the grounds and orchard and the plums and apples we picked were lovely. Just sad it was only one night, our grandson didn’t want to leave at all and talked about it for ages lol Can’t recommend this B & B highly enough thank you Jane Neil and Kieran x
