Communication was easy and straightforward. Room is very clean and well maintained. Especially I liked bed which was very comfortable. There are some others complaining shower is too close to toilet, but it is usual for traditional Georgian homes. If you want generic international experience then why are you looking for "family host" at all? Great value for money.

The host Roma, was very accommodating and offered us rides to wherever we needed to go. Fantastic service, very customer oriented. We loved our stay and would recommend Roma's place to anyone wanting to visit Borjomi and its national park.
