The location is great - could not be closer to the city centre. Area is nice and we felt safe. Room is nice and bed comfortable. Shared kitchen and bathroom were both very clean and well equipped.

Located in Álftanes, a 15-minute drive from central Reykjavík, Eyvindarholt Guesthouse features bright and modern accommodation with free WiFi, scenic views, as well as Icelandic art and design. Really quiet and cozy place with a very nice host! We loved our stay here and wish we did it for more than one night. Will stay here again without a doubt!

We loved it! Clean, roomy and with comfortable beds. We loved the nearby laugardalur pool, highly recommend. In a lovely residential neighborhood. Host is very friendly. We enjoyed sitting in the garden.

Great place to stay, very well located, the house had everything that we needed, in the room there was basic stuff like coffee, tea, water and what we needed to make them, so it was really great, and also a sink for the basic, the kitchen was very well organize and we were able to cook some basic food for our daily trips. Toilets always clean, room clean. The bed was super comfy, we really enjoyed our stay, everything went super smoothly.

Highly recommend this place, will definitely visit again!
