Wonderful room but the "private" bathroom that we asked for is outside of the room! In any case the bathroom was big, well equipped and clean and it wasn't too much of an issue having it outside of the room. The kitchen was amazing. Very well equipped with everything needed. Common room was comfortable. Right next to the Secret Lagoon which we didn't go to because of other plans but a good location.

Access to full size kitchen! with everything you need to cook and store your food. This is huge in Iceland as eating out every night is very expensive and gets old. Guesthouse Nordheimar offers light rooms with free Wi-Fi, each with a flat-screen TV and simply decorated in neutral tones. All have black-out curtains for the long summer days, and some rooms have shared bathroom facilities. The whole stay was great! Johann is a wonderful host. The house was beautiful and the room was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The breakfast was great and got see the horses.
