Urridafoss Waterfall is 11 km away.... We arrived extremely late in the evening so contactless check in was very appreciated. We also liked that the staff had put a notice which rooms are ours. That helped a lot for us tired tourists. All the facilities were clean and well maintained. Liked the art and the little interior objects. This place is someone's gem they cherish and maintain. The shared kitchen is very well equipped. Used it to prepare proper breakfast and did some meal prep for the road.

I really liked the house, the spacious living room, comfortable beds , and everything is clean , there were many interesting books where you can find everything about Iceland and not only. The host was very hospitable and informed man , and showed us some good routes. A very nice place for stay.
