The room smells very good. The living room is very comfortable and can use blanket if you feel cold. Kitchen is very clean and have some free food or powder can use. We really enjoyed the time living here. The host is very nice. We really appreciate for staying in such a beautiful place:）

Set on a farm 8 km from Grundarfjördur, this modern guest house offers a 9-hole golf course, plus free Wi-Fi and parking. Snæfellsjökull National Park is 40 minutes’ drive away. Everything, this place is just amazing! The cottage is in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by the mountines and with a wonderful seeview. I will come back for sure if I'll ever be in Iceland again, which I really hope. Breakfast was served directly in the cottage and every kind of food was provided. Everything was just perfect!

El Sólvellir 13 Guesthouse and apartments està situat a Grundarfjordur i disposa d'aire condicionat i accés a un jardí amb terrassa. També hi ha un bany privat totalment equipat amb bidet i assecador.... La situació i les vistes immillorables, des de la finestra de l'habitació veiem el Kirkujfell. Les zones comunes eren molt espaioses i molt ben fornides, tenien tot el que necessitessis per poder cuinar, i a més a més un sofà amb televisió.

This family run guesthouse sits scenically on the Snæfellsnes peninsula on Iceland’s western coast, and features views of the surrounding nature from all rooms, as well as free Wi-Fi. Without realizing it while booking we ended up in 'the fancy room' (according to the staff, but we agree). Very nice view of the coast and the glacier. Top breakfast and top buffet-style dinner (for a correct price). All home-cooked with local ingredients, which we really appreciated (some of the best food we had in Iceland). We saw the chef cleaning and filleting (big!) fish in front of the hotel, which was quite an experience. Very warmly recommended! p.s. The Snaefellsnes peninsula is so beautiful. It was definitely one of the highlights of our tour of Iceland, not to be missed!
