Hade ett fantastiskt rum precis vid vattnet och pool bredvid. Egen uteplats med bord och stolar samt eget soldäck med solstolar. Bra frukost och trevlig personal. Nära till supermarket och restauranger. Mysig stad Mahebourg och inte så turistiskt. Vi bodde bara en natt och skulle med flyget dagen efter. Tog 20 minuter med taxi till flygplatsen. Hit hoppas jag att vi kan återvända och då bo lite längre.

La Hacienda Mauritius ligger vid foten av berget Lion Mountain i den gamla hamnen, 10 minuters bilresa från Mahébourg. Pensionatet har en utomhuspool. Everything. The location was great and although we had a lot of rain, the view was beautiful and there are so many birds around. The lodge itself is decorated nicely and the bed is comfy. The utensils and cooking facilities are ample. The breakfast is simple but enough (per person: 2 eggs, 3 slices of bread, jam, butter, cornflakes, yogurt, milk and fruit juice). Thank you, I highly recommend it.
