My family also liked a very nice and maintained tropical garden.

Amazing family owner guest house Everything was perfect, private, the rooms are gorgeous with the balcony and the view. The room has its own bathroom and have all what you need for a stay. I think it was very cool to have the different spaces in the common areas to work. Internet works perfectly and at night is not so hot so not need to AC. I was fine with the Fan. I also like they provided earpugs and mosquito net! It was not needed but still nice they do it. The location is perfect as is not close to main street so very quiet and calm during the day and night. As the town is small this place is super close to all places you need to go (harbour, restaurants, market, bus) Staff was super kind and very respectful.

It is 270 metres to Taman Negara Jetty, while Taman Negara National Park is 300 metres away. Mat Leon Village is 290 metres from the property. I came for a couple of days, and in the end extended my stay for a whole week. Very good location, close to restaurants and the jetty. The room is simple but very cozy. Bed is super comfortable. I felt safe with a huge net above it. Rooms have little balconys with a nice view. The owners are super helpful and friendly.

The units are equipped with heating facilities. We arrived in Kuala Tahan when the floods started rising. Our host informed us about the situation beforehand, but we decided to go there anyways. We stayed 2 nights, and he was always helping and informing us about the flood situation which was very helpful for us. Unfortunately we did not see much of the inner jungle of Taman Negara. But if the floods wouldn't had been at this time we would have had a great time at Hana Guesthouse!
