Great location with a nice vibe. Would come again.

We had a great stay with my friend at Ananda Guesthouse! The view was incredible, super easy access from Balgue but also super peaceful and quiet. You feel disconnected when you are there. We also appreciate that they found us a guide to hike the Conception volcano, and they pre-booked our ferry tickets with the car. We will come back !

La Sirenita - Ometepe se encuentra en Altagracia, a 6,2 km del volcán Maderas, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, estacionamiento privado, terraza y bar. The location is beautiful!! Beach huts are clean, comfortable and cozy. The lake is on your doorstep with views of the volcano to your right and a great sunset bar to your left. An island paradise with lovely dogs, chickens, a cat, ducks along with a friendly and helpful owner. Scooter access is 100% okay! There is a restaurant next door but if you want to go to others it’s a close 10min drive. Look no further and stay here!

El dueño es muy amable, nos ayudó mucho con sugerencias sobre que hacer en la isla. Nuestra habitación era limpiada a diario. Hay un restaurante que es bueno y con precios accesibles. La relación calidad precio está muy bien.

El Hostal tortuga viajera se encuentra en Moyogalpa y ofrece bar, jardín y terraza. Los alojamientos incluyen hervidor de agua. Eric the receptionist is a legend. They did my washing for cheap and we're very helpful overall. The hostel had a good vibe too!

El Hostal Así es mi Tierra se encuentra en Balgue, a 5 km del volcán Maderas, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín y estacionamiento privado gratuito. Charmingly decorated property with a lot of greenery. We had a lovely private cabin with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. Lots of friendly animals on site. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

El Hostal Bullshark se encuentra en Cuatro Esquinas y cuenta con jardín y terraza. El alojamiento dispone de habitaciones familiares. Todas las habitaciones incluyen zona de estar. The quiet location and the viewpoint/lookout platform overlooking a banana plantation and Maderas Volcano in the bsckground. Tatiana and her staff were also very accomodating and helpful. No complaints!

I left two pouches with my passport, money, and everything important I was traveling with at the Guest House Nena when I departed to take a ferry back to San Jorge. I had no idea I had left them! They were under a sheet on the bed that I had inadvertently covered them with. After the people at the Guesthouse found my pouches and their valuable contents, they looked around for me, and the young lady from the Nena eventually ended up boarding ferry before we left and asked for me. Fortunately, she found me. I thanked her profusely and gave her a hug. I was extremely happy and grateful to have my stuff and to have adverted a semi-disaster. I owe that girl and the Guest House Nena in Moyogalpa….
