Located in Bocas del Toro, 2.6 km from Y Griega Beach, Castillo Inspiracion Hostel provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. I can highly recommend this place for anyone coming to Bocas Del Toro! The hosts are fantastic and so so helpful. The castle is really cool, they have lovely double rooms with private en-suites or you can stay in the dorms. There is a big kitchen which is very clean and has everything you need to cook. The pool is the star of the show, it is fantastic to spend a day by it and there is a bar that you can swim up to- we even got a welcome drink! The slide is so much fun, even for adults, it is fast and high up! It is easy to get a taxi into town and the hosts will give you lifts too. Andrea is buying a mini bus to transport guests very shortly so that will make it even easier!

Mosana Reef Garden B&B is set in Bluff Beach, 5 km from Bocas Town and 26 km from Buena Vista. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free WiFi is available and free private parking is available on site. Nadia and Salvatore are the two kindest and most considerate hosts you could ever imagine, who have created a perfect little paradise tucked away in one of the best spots of the island for some peace and quiet! As soon as I booked, Nadia was already in touch to facilitate my arrival, and continued to give great me tips and recommendations all throughout my trip. In addition to wonderful hosts and a beautiful place that also includes sloths, howler monkeys, and other amazing nature right in the garden plus a little private cove, the food is also divine! Breakfast and dinner each day were really a treat. Thank you Nadia and Salvatore for the most wonderful weekend! I will definitely be coming back again :)

Offering views of the sea, La Loma Jungle Lodge and Chocolate Farm is located in Isla Bastimentos, 10 km from Bocas Town. The staff were fabulous, the setting was beautiful but the showstopper was the food. Some of the best meals I’ve ever eaten and able to cater for dietary requirements (gluten free) really well so I didn’t miss out on the experience. The table was also so beautifully set for each meal - we really enjoyed our experience there.

Located in Carenero, Casa Acuario Boutique Hotel offers beachfront accommodation, and provides various facilities, such as a restaurant, a bar and a private beach area. Rommet var fantastisk. Fint og innholdsrikt innredet. Etter en måned på reise var dette den desidert beste sengen med eksklusivt sengetøy og gode puter. AC fungerte godt, og rommet var utstyrt med takvifte i tillegg. Om du er glad i white-noise for å få sove hadde rommet innstallert et surround-system hvor du enkelt kunne justere volumet slik du selv ønsker. Eierne tilbød nydelig frokost alternativer! Stedet hadde snorkel/dykkermaske, SUP, kajakk og flytemadrasser til disposisjon for gjestene. JP og Mandy er nydelige mennesker som fikk oss til å føle oss hjemme og velkommen umiddelbart! Vi kommer mer enn gjerne tilbake!

Set in Bocas del Toro, Bastimentos Hill Guest House has a shared lounge, terrace, private beach area, and free WiFi. It was such a lovely experience here. A beautiful and charming hostel with a gorgeous view. Such friendly staff and really helpful. It has everything you need and you’ll leave with new friends too! I would definitely stay again :)

Hostal Hansi is in Bocas del Toro, 17 minutes' walk from El Istmito Beach. It is 50 meters from the docks. All rooms are private, some have a terrace, TV, air conditioning and hot water. We stayed a Hostal Hansi for 3 nights, ended up extending for 1 more night and wish we could have stayed longer here. The photos don’t do this place justice. We absolutely loved it here!! The room with the balcony was so spacious, they provided fresh towels, quick laundry services, the kitchen was just perfect and spacious! And to top it off the staff here are just so so nice! It felt like a little home for us! Also, the first place we have stayed at in a while that had hot water!! One of our favourite places we have stayed on our trip so far!
