A recently renovated guest house in Miaoli and with Tai'an Hot Spring reachable within 31 km, 小仙肉包棟民宿 features a garden, rooms, free WiFi and a terrace. Communication was prompt and checkin instructions were clear, including directions for parking (bonus for those who are driving). Although within an old building, the rooms and toilet are modern and comfortable enough. The owner put alot of thought into the decorations and it is tasteful and photo worthy. We stayed as a couple and had the whole house to ourselves, but would be ideal for larger groups too. There are some board games provided for entertainment. For international travellers, do note that you are unable to pay the deposit so please communicate with the owner to prevent any misunderstandings. Appreciate the owner for honouring our reservation and allowing us to pay on the day of our stay.

Hotel is very modernized within the old town. Room was considered big and clean. Toilet was very big and clean. Comes with bath tub but too bad there isnt any shop nearby selling bath bombs or bath salt. Bed is quite confortable Staff are super friendly! I find the breakfast normal. Suggest to venture out to eat

Extremely family friendly and catered to travellers with kids. Never a dull moment with lots of sight seeing, activities. Even have macaroon baking activity at 8pm. Room size very good. And very clean.

It's also just a few minutes walk away from 3 convenience stores and the Yingcai night market. The hotel owners and staff are absolutely lovely and super friendly. You can feel that they genuinely care for and are proud of their hotel. The hotel room is spacious and well-furnished. There is even an extra thick blanket provided in case you are cold during winter (which I found very thoughtful). Everything you may need is provided and I had 3 very cosy nights in the hotel. Highly recommend for any solo travellers! I felt very safe as a female solo traveller throughout my stay.

Offering quiet street views, So Art Guesthouse is an accommodation set in Sanyi, 32 km from Fengjia Night Market and 35 km from Kuangsan SOGO Dept. Store. The owners are very helpful and kind. On arrival Mandy drove us to a great local eatery for our lunch. Willie her husband came over to chat with us in the evening. He was able to converse with us in English and this was great. We really appreciate their kind gestures. Their home has interesting art pieces. The house is very clean and comfortable. Great place to stay in.

She recommend all facilities in house. Facilities provided as Electric blanket, laundry machine, safety rule at guests house and closely communicate to residents, all are highly appreciated me.

Property was close to nature, very pretty surroundings. There was a mini bamboo forest and some walk paths for an early morning walk before breakfast. Breakfast was simple, healthy and sufficient meal before we set off for the day. Location is near the Shengxing Train station and Rail bike trail, which is an excellent place to visit.
