The property was perfectly located - 5 mins walk to a shop & restaurant, 5 mins drive to the nearest town and 60 mins drive from Yosemite NP. Our room was clean and well equipped and the hosts very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really well thought out - either stay and eat or grab and go - everything was packaged up to make things really easy and made for a great start to the day having breakfast in Yosemite. We asked about gold panning in the area and the host kindly obliged with a gold panning kit to take down the creek behind the hotel - bucket list of 52 years ticked off, thanks so much!

Þetta gistirými í Oakhurst er þægilega staðsett í 21 km fjarlægð frá Yosemite-þjóðgarðinum og býður upp á kaffivél, ísskáp og örbylgjuofn í herbergjunum. Loved the place. Off the main road, on the river bank, totally integrated in nature, very close to the national park. Small but stylish wooden cabin with cosy terrace under the trees. There is a winery and a wine restaurant right where the hotel is (I think the owner is the same) with delicious food and great wines. Great atmosphere all around.

Yosemite International Hostel er staðsett í næsta þorpi við Yosemite-þjóðgarðinn, í aðeins 66 km akstursfjarlægð frá Yosemite-innganginum. Very sweet looking cottage houses with everything you need, and also a cool old style stove. Great location and very cosy. Richard was the highlight though; he was just great. Top staff member.
