It is in a quiet neighborhood only 5-10 minutes on a bicycle to the beach and about 15 minutes to Hoi An ancient town. The rooms are spacious and clean, nice pool to lounge and swim. Our host Hien is so kind and helpful and she made us a great breakfast. Definitely recommend this stay!

Quiet and comfortable villa, large rooms, nice bathroom and shower. Beach towels are provided, as is drinking water. Short walk to the beach and to restaurants in the evening. The place is run by a lovely family and is maintained spotless, and Tan goes out of his way to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and have everything they need. We would stay here again.

The place is new and clean, the breakfast is very good with different options to choose, “Homie” is very well located, is just 6 mins walking to the old town, and right next to everything (beauty salon, the night market, mini market, massage rooms and a lot of restaurants). We will definitely come back, and we recommend it to everyone.

The property offers free use of bicycles and free kayaking on the river. Great location, friendly staff,even though they did not speak english and our Viatnamese is lacking we all coped. The rooms where large clean a comfortable. The pool was a bonus, as was the use of bicycles to get into Hoi An. Great place to stay.
