We had a perfect stay 3 nights at the end of October, 2 families with 1 pet. We were planning to hike on nearby mountains. Chalet exceeded our expectations. Kitchen equipment was top notch, it has everything and high quality. Traditional stove is great idea, we enjoyed it at all evenings. Perfect sauna. Equipment at the kitchen and bathrooms was top notch and clean. Outside gas grill was useful for us, we liked to cook at home. Location nearby Kitzbuhel and SkiWelt was really convenient. 10-15 minutes drive to Kitzbuhel or SkiWelt/Ellmau to nearby hikes. Walking distance to nearby restaurant.

The property was absolutely fantastic. There is ample room and wonderful decor in the home. The house is clearly well built and it is rare to find a property with such good noise control. The kitchen and bar had all we needed and is ideal for groups of family or friends.

Quiet location, great size living space and very workable and functional kitchen. Heating was excellent for drying ski gear and washed clothes. Lovely garden area (even for mid winter) and watching the multitude of birds feeding in the morning was delightful. The host, Barbara,being a local, had a lot of local knowledge and was extremely helpful towards our family.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped, beautifully designed and kept. Clean, spacious and very pleasant house, fast WiFi and thoughtfully organized. Even had extra power outlets ready next to each bed for all our phone/ipad/laptop chargers. Wonderful hostess and a very pleasant stay overall. Would definitely return to this place again if I get the chance to visit Tirol again.
