The location of the house is ideal, i.e around 5-7 minutes from the bus station on foot and easy to get by car as well. The house itself is very cosy and clean, we were very happy about the fireplace, that creates especially romantic atmosphere. We had everything that’s needed in the house, dishwasher and the hairdryer were constantly in use. The garden was beautiful, we spend a whole day just sitting and enjoying the sunny view.

The accommodation is very spacious, has a nice garden and is in walking distance to the lake and the network of trails around it. The kitchen and rooms have all amenities. The host is very helpful and cordial.

The location of the hause is perfect, close to the lake. It the kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking. Would definitely recommend if you want to spend time at Wolfgangsee.

Super helpful, has a printout of the opening hours and times of local restaurants. One of our party hit his head and thought he may have a concussion. Due to Christmas holidays everything was closed. She brought over pain medication, so so grateful!! She bought a fresh Christmas tree and decorated it. It was a wonderful place to celebrate Christmas! Thank you so so much!

Very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms, sleeping couch in the living room and a big terrace with a postcard-view. This apartment has everything: huge TV with Netflix and other streaming services, fireplace, large dining room table for playing board games or enjoying dinners, grill on the terrace, a whirlpool-bathtub and more. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances and dishes you will ever need. The location is good, about 10 minutes‘ walk to the lake (a bit downhill, but manageable even with a baby stroller). In the quaint village Unterach am Attersee there is a supermarket, a post office, a couple of cafes and restaurants, a playground by the lake and plenty of bathing options. The surrounding area is beautiful and should present plenty of options for spending both winter or summer holidays here. The hosts Daniela and Phillip are super nice and the communication with them worked excellent. Thanks for the warm welcome & the hospitality! We felt like home and we’ll surely be back soon.

We couldn’t imagine a better place to spent Christmas together with our family than Landhausvilla. We had a wonderful time there. In the house was a Christmas tree and decorations. It’s a beautiful house with all facilities you need! Also we were nicely surprised with a welcome meal and the cake! Angela (the owner of the house) together with Joy (the house keeper) were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay in the house. I would definitely recommend this place!
