Best house we’ve ever stayed it. It is jaw-dropping. They pick you up, let you into the house and it was incredibly clean. They had thought of everything - from the ice maker to pegs to a bucket and spade for the kids. Excellent wifi and state of the art TVs in every room. The pool and the view is just incredible. The house is very white throughout yet remarkably kid friendly. Can’t wait to stay at Lotus again!

Edge 5 Oceanfront 3-Bedroom Apartment - Featuring an Infinity Pool, Spa Bath, Buggy and Valet Service, holiday home in Hamilton Island

Located on the western side of Hamilton Island, The Edge 5 boasts an infinity swimming pool, a spa bath and a balcony offering sea and island views. Guests enjoy free use of a golf buggy and a free valet service.

This waterfront 3-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and European furnishings. It has a lower lounge area with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and an iPod docking station.

The photos online did not do Edge 5 justice. It was much roomier than we anticipated and downstairs (where the master bedroom was) had an entire new lounge area with a foldout sofa that wasn’t mentioned online. The master also had a roomy walk in robe that we used for our baby (could easily fit a portacot in there) so it was perfect for anyone with young children. It also had a childproof gate, 2 portacots, a stroller and pool toys - none of which are referenced on the booking sites. Oh and all of the blinds in the bedrooms are blackout blinds so again, perfect for families with young kids needing naps etc. We felt like we struck gold when we got there! Aside from these things, the location was great and the view from the balcony impeccable (especially at sunset), the pantry was well stocked with basics, it was clean, spacious, would definitely recommend it, especially for families.

    We had such a fantastic week at Oasis 3 - the view was even better than the photos! Spacious accomodation, very clean and well stocked with games and bathroom amenities (coat hangers etc). Very comfortable beds slept perfectly every night and fantastic air conditioning to beat the humidity outside.

    We had such an amazing time at Hamilton Island, and felt very lucky to be able to stay here. Maree was a great host, and was so easy to get in touch with when we had any questions. The apartment is very clean, and the views from the balcony are gorgeous. The apartment having its own buggy was very convenient. The apartment is very central to everything, and only a short drive from the airport. Would highly recommend!!

    The apartment was perfect for our family. Location is excellent and the apartment is very spacious. The decor is a little dated but the apartment was very clean and functional. We used the BBQ facilities and loved the balcony, the beautiful view and our daily visits from the cockatoos and wallabies. The airport transfers made everything so easy and the apartment came with a buggy. It was great to have access to a private pool and still be able to use the resort pools.
