Casa Lapa Delicas is a gated, well-appointed small house and property. Everything we needed was there: air conditioning, a lovely shower, and nice kitchen appliances, including an induction hot plate. The porch is shaded and surrounded by a sweet garden with wonderful plants: flowers, banana trees, and a soursop/guanabana tree. We made smoothies from bananas and guanabana. There is a school and a church close by, and down the road are two restaurants and two small grocery stores. The property is centrally located, so it is easy to drive to Montezuma, Cobana, Saint Teresa, and many, many beaches.
