The property is pristine and has everything you could need and more. It served us very well for a adult family weekend away celebrating a big birthday. I highly recommend this place & James the owner couldn’t have been nicer. There were nice extra touches like milk, eggs, bread, butter & Jam as well as Tea & coffee left as a welcome gift. And we were also able to charge our electric car. Thank you James for everything & we hope we get to return one day.

Fantastic property in a beautiful location. Ideally situated to explore the local area and easily accessible to the historic town of Battle. The hosts were really welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The property is extremely well equipped to a really high standard. A bonus is having a hot tub on site to relax in the evening, chilling out. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The setting, rabbits in the early morning munching the grass. Sweet space and cosy feel, love the tiny kitchen and the bathroom was lovely. Wish we'd had a longer stay to light the firepit!

The location was great. Beautiful big garden. Plus all the luxury of home. The welcome pack of milk, butter, cake and strawberries was very impressive. Would definitely return.

They are lovely people who appear to be making big strides as the money comes in. Reading previous reviews I feared the worst, however the room I was in was very clean, had hot and cold running water and a decent shower. The furnishings although past there sell by date and mismatched were adequate for a one night stay. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or accommodating. Good carpark.
