The location was great, all amenities you could wish for were in walking distance of the house. There are some lovely little places to go and eat, we were there for a wedding nearby but could happily have had all weekend in Edwinstowe. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had good spacious rooms with loads of light. The WiFi connection was good 👍 I will definitely be booking to go again later in the year, we all absolutely loved it, such a good price to say where it is too.

The location was ideal, being easy walking distance to Sherwood Forest Country Park where I was meeting friends during the day and Forest Lodge PH where we were gathering in the evening. Being able to leave the car in the Church Car Park close by was good as was the restricted parking closer by for unloading and loading. The accommodation is well-equipped, comfortable and quirky.

The lodge is in a private courtyard which is beautifully maintained. The rooms are all really spacious and raky comfortable. We had some contact with the owner beforehand and they were fantastic to deal with.

It's the perfect holiday home everything you could need for your stay is thought of and then some. You couldn't call the cottage clean, spotless still doesn't do it justice. There was a lovely welcome hamper in the kitchen with bread crisps biscuits and wine. Tea, coffee and sugar and milk were provided. Beds were so comfy, restaurants takeaways coffee shops and pubs and shops are just a few minute walk away. Sherwood visitor centre is a good 15 min walk away as well. And don't forget waking up in the morning to Eddie the Emu just across the stream that runs at the end of the garden. There is so much I am missing out about this fabulous place. For me my family lives in towns on both sides of Edwinstowe so it takes the stress out of family visits. I will be booking every time I visit the uk

Absolutely lovely cottage. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The welcome tray was a lovely touch. Very close to Sherwood Forest and only a short drive from other attractions such as White Post Farm and the center of Nottingham. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are hoping to come back at some point to explore more of the area

This place was perfect for our stay in Ollerton. The pictures show exactly what the place is like. It was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The host was very responsive and I loved the tray of 'groceries' that was waiting for us.
