The building is a wonderful converted barn with huge rooms, comfy beds and excellent bathrooms. This is set in farmland, handy for Southwell but sufficiently far away to enjoy the peace of the countryside. The farmland has partially been set aside for the local flora and fauna. There was a small bit of confusion about collecting the keys, there was conflicting information on the listing and on other info I was sent, but all was resolved very easily. Once into the property, our stay was fantastic. The house is so lovely and homely, perfect set up for a group of friends. Very well equipped kitchen, possibly could've done with an extra dish washer tablet when having a full house of seven, but other than that, it was excellent. Very comfy beds, all very clean. So pleased with this place, will be back!

The light in the house was wonderful. Although a terraced house with the tennis court background the house felt very spacious and the garden safe and enclosed. Andy, the landlord, made himself known to us and was very friendly and helpful with out being intrusive.
