The spacious holiday home comes with 3 bedrooms, a TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher and an oven. Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home. The accommodation offers a fireplace.

Easy check in/check out with lock box. Nice terrace house within a 8-10 minute walk of Windermere centre. Living areas, whilst compact, were suitable for our group of 6 - 3 adults, 3 children (although only dining chairs for 4). Good sized bedrooms, 2 with smart TVs which provided flexibility when the kids wanted to watch something else. Large family bathroom and small en-suite. Nice modern well kempt furnishings and decoration. Kitchen well equipped incl dual oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine etc (although addition of microwave would be good). Log burner (need to buy logs yourself). Excellent central heating and hot water. Small courtyard garden. I was worried about parking as there is no designated space, only street parking but this was not a problem - we parked easily outside the house at different times of the day. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

One of the cutest cottages with a warm feeling, great location being a 20 minute walk to the lake and local stores and with such kind hosts, I would definitely recommend staying here. I think this is the first review where I don't have any recommendations. The key collection was simple and easy, lots of on road parking, hosts where fantastic both via text and in person, they gave recommendation of activities and places to visit when I stayed with my friends. The cottage itself is incredibly clean, dust and bug free, cottage let's in so much light and is decorated so nice and sweet. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit

    The property was very clean and well equipt, great having a communal fridge we could use. Also wine glasses, cutlery and plates if required. Staff were great, very accommodating, we had our dog with us so could not eat in the dining room, she set us up to eat out outside which was so very kind of her, nothing was to much trouble. great location for Windermere, our only criticism was the noise of the road as we were on the front. Fine with windows closed, however it was warm.

    The location was perfect, we parked up the car and left it for the whole week. Parking is a real bonus! Ideal location for exploring with access to bars, restaurants and scenic walks. The house is beautiful and has been furnished to an extremely high standard. The quality of fittings is better than most holiday homes we have stayed in. It was a real home from home and we will definitely return.
