The owner of the cottage is amazing! She helped us a lot with an early check in, was always in contact when we needed help, was extra nice and hospitable! The house is extremely clean and tidy, has all the necessary stuff and even more than needed! We had all the possible toiletries, towels, kitchen stuff! 5 of us were feeling absolutely comfortable in that cottage! Will definitely stay there one more time or even more and highly recommend the place for your stay in Gudauri

Very helpful regarding the renting of the equipment. As I prefer a very warm room, I was offered an extra heater in my room. The breakfast has the usual morning menu, the coffee it’s freshly brewed. For extra amenities and snacks, Smart supermarket within around 10’ by taxi.

Otel has transfer to skii area morning and night, just you need to call otel any time you want and they will pick u up. Breakwast was super.. we tried their reataurant and it was perfect too.
