What a fantastic find! A beautiful, modern, perfect Villa with a private pool. A wonderful location to explore everything this part of Greece has to offer, without being overrun by tourists! The hosts were fantastic. The most responsive and communicative I’ve ever come across while travelling. We were met and shown everything, and then checked up on throughout our stay to see if they could do anything for us. The space was amazing, I really don’t feel the current pictures do it justice. Downstairs a well equipped kitchen, small living area and double bedroom (as well as shower room / WC). Upstairs, a lovely large open living area with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. Lovely to watch a movie after a long day exploring, and a great dinning area to eat. 2 good bedrooms (1 with bunk beds) and a shower room / WC. We really had an excellent week, exploring the beaches, visiting Athens, going off to the closest island Aegina…then coming home to this space and having a beautiful private pool to relax in. We cooked in, BBQ’d and ordered Gyros using a local food delivery app. It really was the perfect Villa to do everything we wanted, and I couldn’t recommend enough if you like to live a bit more like a local!

We had the whole little house, the shaded terrace, the garden and our own parking lot behind the gate. Less than 10 min. walk to the local shop, beach, restaurants. very peacefull, with sun chairs and a hammock in the garden. Host, Michael Fragkoudakis if very helpfull over the phone, we never met him, nor needed him, 100% satisfied with our accomodation. on arrival Michael just told us where to find the key.

The owners were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our newborn baby. The house was very clean, with a very well taken care of garden which was ideal for us and the baby. There were plenty of towels for us and the house has all the comforts you need. Excellent stay and great hosts! Agios Spiridonas beach is a 5-10 minute drive, you have supermarkets near the house if you want to do shopping and sample local delicacies and wines and you are also very close to the airport. Thank you guys for looking after us, I wish you all the best!

Lovely house, there was everything you need. The supermarket right next to the house. To the beach just a few minutes by car. Very hospitable owners! We had a great time there!)
