10/10 recommend this hotel. First of all, on the day we were supposed to get to the island the weather conditions were too bad, so our ferry was cancelled. We messaged and were able to get a full refund on the night we could not get to the island no questions asked (the morning we were supposed to check in). Then, the next day, they offered free pick up from the ferry port to the hotel, AND upgraded our room to the suite! Also, there were free bikes and helmets for us to get around town and too the beach, and they picked us up from town (free of charge) later that night. They also dropped us off at the ferry port in the morning, free of charge again. They were so friendly, and the room and pool in the yard were beautiful. We also got 10% off on their family owned restaurant for lunch and dinner near the port. The air conditioning worked well, and the water pressure was very good too. I absolutely loved our stay here.

The host picked us from the port and waited us to take us back to the town to rent a car the first day. There is cookies and drinks waiting for us in the room. This is the most beautiful room I have ever stayed. The sea view is very beautiful and the inside is just incredible! We watched sunset every evening from the balcony. The host also send us sweets that she made every day and answers quickly for any recommendations.

The accommodation was in an excellent location within the Venetian narrows of the old town of Naxos below the foot of the castle. The staff was very helpful and the loft was very clean. We learned its history as it is an old mansion of the era and rare in its architecture as there are not many lofts on the island. We highly recommend it!

Location was perfect. 5 minute drive to town with ample free parking and less than 10 minutes the the most beautiful beaches on the island. Maria is a friendly host and very available for any query or concern. The house was clean and cleaned every other day during our stay. The outdoor space was beautiful and the pool cleaned and serviced every morning before we got up. We enjoyed staying in and using the bbq/ grill a couple of nights. All round a lovely holiday in Naxos.

On arrival we met Ilias who handed us the keys and gave us a full tour of the apartment. The property itself is located in a quiet spot just 5 minutes on foot from the port and the waterfrond where we found many nice bars and restaurants. The apartment was fully equipped with all the essentials plus some snacks for breakfast and water. All the spaces were nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed the upstairs veranda which has a beautiful view of the old town. I totally recommend this place!

The staff was very helpful and the loft was very clean. We learned its history as it is an old mansion of the era and rare in its architecture as there are not many lofts on the island. We highly recommend it!

Apart from it the room was very clean, we arrived there on Christmas eve and the host greeted us with the homemade sweets especially cooked for Christmas. The room is also at the centre of the city and a lot of restaurants, markets, and bars are on a walkable distance. Definitely we would recommend this place for a pleasant stay.
