The prime location of this beachfront property captivated us. With direct access to a private beach, we felt ensconced in tranquility. The attentive staff anticipated our every need, even going fishing at night to serve us the freshest catch. The meticulously maintained natural-material huts added to the rustic charm. And the complimentary snorkel trip for guests staying three nights or more was an aquatic highlight. The free harbor pickup from Lombok was a thoughtful gesture, but the IDR 400k drop-off fee for a 1.5 hour drive to our next location was quite expensive compared to other driving services.

The High Dive is run by Nigel and Lisa - wonderful people that will do everything to make you feel at home. It is perfectly located in the south of the island and has a reef that can be explored right in front. The owners are very helpful in any way (organisation of diving, snorkeling, sailing etc) and put strong emphasis on running the hotel in an ecofirendly way. As such litter is being collected and all thrash is brought back to the mainland. The staff as well is amazing. We will definitely come back.

I was expecting a much simpler accommodation, but I was surprised by the nice small bungalow resort that Yut's Inn is. The bungalows are simple, the mattress is quite hard (I love it) and the pillow very soft (I love it). You will have AC and private bathroom (even if the water is a little bit salty). A huge garden, and a beautiful sea view. The bungalows are very close to the jetty for the speedboat but (another surprise) the water here is so clear and transparent, quite corals and turtles swimming in the water. The staff is very nice and friendly. I had a very nice stay. Terima kasih

That's all great, but the best thing about the resort is its staff, the manager Abdurrahman, the chef in the restaurant and everyone else did their best to make us feel good here. They even cooked food for us even when the chef wasn't present. You can rent a scooter and go on trips around the area, or just relax. Highly recommend the snorkelling trip to a local island with coral reef, and a nearby floating restaurant for seafood lunch.
