What can I say?! This house was perfect!! The hosts were friendly, kind and helpful. They've thought of everything and the little extras were a pleasant surprise! We wanted for nothing and they checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Location is perfect for this busy little town as shops, post, bank, restaurants and pubs are all within short walking distance. Thanks for offering this gem for our vacation! I loved this place. All the comforts of home. The owners Sheila and Owen had gone through the the extra trouble of providing snacks and treats and also came by for a visit to meet us. This was by far my favorite accommodations on our Great Britain / Ireland vacation. A very short walk to town. Pats restaurant is about 100 yards away. Great food at a fair price and recommended by the owners and myself. Thanks again for everything. Castleisland is also the perfect proximity to all the surrounding attractions of Kerry.

First, the cottage is a 9-minute flat walk from the Kerry Airport. It is back from the road and quiet for morning breakfast in the garden. The train station, grocery, and a pub with reasonably priced food is a 10-minute flat walk away. Finally and not the least important, I want you to know that Pat Kennedy can beat GOOGLE every time! He knows Kerry so well and was amazing in making our visit the BEST! We saw sights we would not have known to see.
