I had a great time at this place! Sudhir, the host, and his wife, are both absolutely lovely and went beyond their way to help me throughout my stay. The flat, which is located on the floor above their house, has a separate entrance for extra privacy and even a rooftop. It is fully furnished with everything you could wish for, from drinkable water to toiletries, tea, writing desk, strong Wi-Fi and so on. It is spacious and located in a quiet and safe area, near some very good restaurants. You can also get a Uber from there, or autos from the main road just 30 seconds away from the flat. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and Sudhir was available at all times when I needed help. The communication with him has been amazing and he also gave me a lot of useful information to visit the main sights in Aurangabad. It was great value for money and I would absolutely stay there again next time I come to Aurangabad! I would recommend this place to everyone!

It was very clean and tidy and very well maintained. AC, ceiling fan and Wifi are available.. Water is provided by the owner as well. The owner is very caring and helpful, with suggestions about how to visit the sorroundings (he can also arrange visits with taxi drivers he knows personally).

It is a very decent, world-class hotel with all the usual amenities. Large rooms, comfy beds. Very clean and modern. We were warmly greeted on check-in and assisted in every way throughout our stay. Staff are highly polished and professional. Good quality toiletries, complimentary bottled water, and tea and coffee making facilities are always appreciated. Special thanks for finding and returning my phone charger after the checkout.

The management arranged two sight-seeing days with a very good driver Shikh. Our train was delayed by 4 hours but still we were able to check in early, take breakfast and be on the road to Ajanta at 9:30am! Great service. All staff were hospitable and friendly.
