The fact it was delivered and setup in the cabana just made this an unforgettable setup. Candle lit dinner was the best meal & setup we had during our whole stay in Sri Lanka. Room - beautifully constructed, no expenses spared, no cutting corners. Quality products have been used to create beautiful rooms, all just stunning,no details forgotten. Beautiful furniture, felt very special and bespoke. Garden- landscape was well maintained, beautiful flowers, trees and bushes. Other - thank for you arranging the lodgings and food for our driver too! Activities- nice and quiet area,but still nice walk to mall, park, markets and the old post office nearby. Keep doing what you do , lovely to see such a beautiful spot , staff with smiles on their faces every time. Thank you for the fruit and delicious sandwich for our drive back to Colombo

Fantastic stay in a central but quiet position, 10 min walk to Victoria Park or downtown. Very c9mfortabke stay.We lived the patio with the 2 swings, the enormous jacuzzi and plenty of hot water, the heater for the cool nights. The food was delicious both for breakfast and dinner. They gave us complimentary hot drinks at arrival and check out and many other complimentary things, will keep them a secret.:) The staff was great, polite, and smiling. The garden and flowers are pure beauty! Le Grande villa gives you a very boutique feel. They accept Visa, Mastercard incl.Revolut. It didn't work on through my phone but the physical R card worked, in case this might interest anyone. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Would prefer over the Grand, for the boutique feel.

The place is very clean and neat, we had fresh flowers in the room. The towels and bed linen are clean and feel nice and fresh. The location is up the hill, not close to the city centre, but very close to tea plantations and a nice 10 min road to Gregory lake. The owner is very kind and made sure to extend our stay when we requested, as well as arrange tuk-tuks whenever we needed one. Overall one of the best stays in Sri Lanka so far, highly reccommend.

Et sent s com a casa! Desde que estem a Sri Lanka amb diferencia el millor hotel de tots. La cuina es bonissima i els plats exquisits fets amb molt carinyo. Els espais (tan privats com comunitaris) són magnífics. Cal destacar com a positiu, també, que en la situació actual l’hotel estigués pràcticament hotel per a nosaltres, sobretot tenint en compte que vam reservar pel mateix dia. El menjar era correcte. L’habitació molt neta, el llit és molt gran i còmode i hi ha aigua calenta! L’allotjament te dues habitacions amb bany privat i una zona comú per les dues habitacions que et permet conèixer els altres hostes, pendre te i compartir cotxe si cal! Ajib i la seva família faran que et sentis com a casa! 100% recomanable. Sempre s’oferirà a portar te amb la seva ban a allà on desitgis!
