This may have been the most beautiful place we've ever stayed. The huge windows facing the water...allowing you to see the beauty from the bedroom, living room, dining room/kitchen were fabulous. The commitment to recycling was great. The outdoor tub....looking over the hills and water (with a glass of wine in hand)...was a piece of heaven.

Rocky Ridge Cottage is situated in Takaka, just 13 minutes' drive from the town centre. You can fire up the barbecue for a tasty meal and enjoy the garden in fair weather.

Everything. Beautiful views in every direction. Peaceful and relaxing. Comfortable beds and very well equipped - had everything we needed. Comfy and homely. Jean made us feel very welcome at the Cottage. Children loved visiting sheep (and Mabel the goat) in the paddock. Located centrally to attractions and easy 10 mins to main town.
