We arrived stressed from the journey, but once we were there the landlord was incredibly helpful and kind. The villa looks even better than in the pictures, it has a breathtaking view and was very clean and lovely decorated. Our stay there was super relaxing, the villa and pool are private ( no one from the outside can look in) and and it was a great experience! The neighbors were also helpful. The city is only 7-8 car minutes away and has lots of restaurants and shops. But there are also a few supermarkets next to the villa. Thank you again to our landlord! You will need a car to get to the villa, but the villa has a parking space for you reserved.

I would absolutely recommend to stay in the villa. The villa is very spacious, cozy and tasteful (3 bathrooms, not "only" two, ensuite bathroom in the big sleeping room, big kitchen, nice terrace, amazing view over the bay, beautiful flowers around the house, etc.). Additionally to that you can use all the amenities from the hotel. There is a beach club with two pools directly at the beautiful beach with many umbrellas to use (for free), there are also restaurants and a spa. There is also a boat-service that brings you directly to kalkan town for only around 1€ per way and person. Ibo was so nice to let us use the private pool from the big villa as well, because there were no guests. Also we received a generous welcoming package with, eggs, milk, coffee, water, butter, bread etc. I stayed in Kalkan the 4th time already and it was the first time in this villa and i would recommend it to everybody. We really enjoyed it. Thank you so much.

Nice, clean place for a family holiday, away from the hustle and bustle. A little far from the city, but the owner of the villa can take you to the city and back like a taxi. There is nothing near the villa, but you will remain hungry - there is a supermarket nearby (you can walk there), and upstairs the owner of the villa has a Turkish cafe where they cook delicious food. I especially recommend trying the delicious, homemade green olives - we couldn’t resist and bought 5 liters. Recommend this place.

Fantastic host Mr Suleman went out his way to organise transfers and meet us at the property even though we arrived at 2am. The villa is fantastic better than the pictures and has everything you can ever want, extra bedding, towels, they even bought us some shopping for the first night so we had bread, milk, snacks for the morning. Walking distance from some fantastic restaurants and the seafront, steep hill on the way back if you have mobility issues then maybe an issue but my two children walked back every breakfast/dinner time without issues. Hope I can return and been the best villa holiday we've ever had

The house was clean and large and had excellent a/c throughout which was a godsend throughout our stay. We loved seeing the mountain goats making their way through the hills in the mornings. The pool was amazing and was tended each morning by a local man who doused the water and checked the facilities. Peaceful - it was amazing, apart from the enormous Crickets which broke the silence and reminded us we were near the Mediterranean. The magic of prayers being said from the local Mosque- drifted through the hills at night and it was nice to be at one with nature. Armagan was a most gracious host and very attentive if we needed anything. He arranged for our son to celebrate his 18th birthday at a wonderful rooftop restaurant, where we were treated to amazing night to remember. Thankyou again, Armagan.

The Villa was fabulous, very spacious. The location was great, only 10 minutes from the town centre, and the view is amazing. The owner was very helpful, any minor issues were dealt with immediately, a big plus.
