LIONS VILLA ZANZIBAR - Private Cook & Infinity Pool - ON THE SEASIDE is a recently renovated villa in Kiwengwa, where guests can makes the most of its infinity pool, garden and terrace.

The property is absolutely stunning - such a peaceful place with amazing surroundings. But what impressed us more was the hospitality of Davies and Paola. They were very flexible with early check-in/late check-out and payment settlement. Davies was always around for anything we may ask! Super attentive, hospitable, and helpful. We really felt like guests at someone’s home. We definitely recommend this option for stay in Zanzibar - the reality will exceed your expectations.

Situated in Kiwengwa and only 41 km from Peace Memorial Museum, CDM Villas Kiwengwa features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking.

The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.

We were met by friendly staff and always willing to help with a smile. This beautiful beach house accommodates more than enough people and perfect for families. With a stroll down the beach you will find an abundance of resorts and restaurants to have a good lunch or a nice sunset drink. The swimming pool makes the difference as to cool down during the day and having a cold beer.. or two.

Very fresh, modern and clean villa with minimalistic and instagramable design. swimming pool with comfortable water, and you can dive inside it directly from one of the room. Our main love is Asma, who make us tasty breakfast everyday, she is very pretty! and our manager Sule help us a lot! ocean is very close to villa, about 3 min. highly recommend this villa!

Located just 41 km from Peace Memorial Museum, Villa NOAH BEACH ZANZIBAR provides accommodation in Kiwengwa with access to a private beach area, a garden, as well as a 24-hour front desk.

Nice house in front of the ocean! There is a lot of privacy, each room (3 bedrooms) has is bathroom which is awesome and the upstairs terrace is great for seeing the sun come up or go down, well done! Kitchen has basic needs (and oven, superplus!) however not super overequipped (only 6 glasses for 6 people etc), but hey, that's not what holiday is about! The staff was superfriendly (thanks Jacky and Fadhil and the rest)!
