Peaceful, Private and Airy on a 5 acre farm is set in Grand Junction. This recently renovated villa features a building dating back to 2002, which is 9.4 km from the Colorado Mesa University. There is a barbecue and guests can make use of free WiFi, free private parking and an electric vehicle charging station.

The host was great, and the location was clean and quiet. The animals were great to see.

Easy to find and to get in, nice neighborhood. Ideally located to visit beautiful Colorado National Monument and do some mountain biking near Fruita. Thank you for this good experience.

The Charming and Cozy Downtown retreat was perfect for our family trip to Grand Junction. The property was super clean, spacious & had lots of details to accommodate our stay. Our Host Connie was quick to respond, & easy to communicate with. The property location is centered to nearby Main st, shops/restaurants, & close to CMU.

The location was perfect. We saw deer, rabbits and birds in the lovely yard. The apartment was beautiful, clean, well maintained and equipped. Our hosts were friendly, kind and thoughtful. We hope this lovely rental is available when we visit there again.

The house is an older model, but it is clean and well furnished. We did not use the cooking or clothes washing facilities, but they appeared to be adequate. Location is handy to downtown and to freeways. All and all I would use this house again for future visits to Grand Junction.
