Everything! This is truly the best equipped accomodation on the planet. They have thought of everything one may need, from a Thermos mug to various kinds of sunscreen. The house is gorgeously set up and the beds are so comfortable. We were very, very lucky to get to stay here. Thank you so much!

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, THE HILO HOMEBASE - Charming 3 Bedroom Hilo Home, with AC! is located in Hilo.

Location was perfect for work, plus close to many sites I wanted to see on the weekends. Spacious house with plenty of room. Was very happy to have a washer and dryer. House was close to many restaurants and shopping. Great neighborhood. Great centralized location for everything from Volcano National Park to Mauna Kea. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials.

Set 4.8 km from Lyman Museum & Mission House, 5.4 km from The Pacific Tsunami Museum and 6 km from Pana'ewa Rainforest Zoo, Hilo Home Base - 3 Miles to State Park and Beach!

Location is great, about 40 min drive to the volcano park and Mauna Kea (visitor centre), respectively. Not necessarily quiet - you won’t hear traffic, but geckos and birds can be quite loud. It’s also only 5 min drive away from KTA Superstore, which is convenient. The house itself has a lot of windows which provide great ventilation.
