All units, except cabins, come with a living room which has a seating area and flat screen TV. Houses have a fully equipped kitchen, and the cabins, cottages and apartment have smaller kitchenettes for self cooking, all with dining tables. All units have a private bathroom. A microwave, kettle and toaster is also offered. We had a fabulous stay at Emu Bay Holiday Homes. The views from the room are just spectacular - seeing the sunrise and moonrise over the bay is just breathtaking. Super quiet area with koalas and kangaroos on/around the property! Apartment was incredibly clean with everything you would need provided. It's a 15 minute drive to Kingscote and given collision risk to wildlife at night, we took takeaway dinners on our way back before dusk every evening and ate on the little front patio watching the moon rise over the bay - incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Easy to access any part of the island from here including the national park. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay - would highly recommend! Stay here for your KI holiday.

The property is 20 minutes' drive from Kingscote and free parking is provided onsite. The view of the bay, laundry facilities and well stocked apartment.

We enjoyed the view and beach just across the road. Place was clean well stocked, extra sofa bed was a good addition. The house was in a very quiet area and well laid out and well stocked, the view from the veranda was amazing.

Towels and bed linen are available in the villa. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. A great, clean property which is well located with good value for money. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cling wrap, tin foil were all provided. Shower was hot, beds were comfy. Lovely property - very clean, tidy and tranquil, would recommend and stay again.

This is our 2nd trip in 2 years to enjoy the company of fellow lawn bowlers and the wonderful hosts, the KI Lawn Bowlers Association. The weather was great, the local produce was great and the stay, exceptional - was a home away from home.
