This place is outstanding, the location is simply breathtaking. The apartment is small but very homey and equipped with plenty of amenities and complementary items such as breakfast stuff and coffee for the bialetti. We were able to cook some nice pasta dishes to enjoy on the beautiful balcony. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. San Bernardino as a location is very convenient if you are travelling by car as we were able to reach all of the cinque terre villages (start in the morning and park on the road somewhere, e.g above the Manarola car park, that way you don't have to pay for parking). Yes, the roads in cinque terre are narrow and winding but if you are somewhat used to driving mountain roads (as many Swiss people are), it's really not that bad, but best to have 4 eyes on the road. I was very scared of the driving part of this trip but it really wasn't that bad. We even had to park on the street below San Bernardino for most of the trip because there was an event on the church parking lot and that wasn't a problem either. At first I was sceptical if this apartment was gonna be worth it because it was slightly above our usual budget but it was the best decision, won't forget this place and the beautiful mornings sipping bialetti espresso while watching the sky and the sea change colours.

Casa Lorenza ligger i Riomaggiore, 500 m fra Riomaggiore Strand og 14 km fra Castello San Giorgio. Der tilbydes værelser med aircondition og eget badeværelse. Der er også egen indgang. Lorenza og Franco er fantastiske værter. Hentede os ved stationen, hjalp med kufferterne og fik os med det samme til at føle os hjemme og velkomne. De udlejer 2 værelser og en lejlighed. Det ene værelse vender mod bjergene og byen, de to andre mod havet. Kan varmt anbefales

Casa Burrasca har udsigt til haven og tilbyder indkvartering med terrasse, ca. 40 km fra Casa Carbone. Der er gratis wi-fi og gratis parkering på stedet. We loved it so much here, we booked an extra night! It felt like our own little home. Monica was super nice. Though her English wasn't that great and my Italian wasn't that great, the communication was flawless. The view was great, the location super quiet at night and Monica gave us a park with which we could park for free in Levanto, even right next to the entrance of the train station. In the train station, you can take the train to any of the 5 Terre, so it was a great base to visit 5 Terre if you are travelling by car. The wifi was superfast!

La Casa Del Doganiere ligger i Monterosso al Mare og tilbyder indkvartering med aircondition og balkon. Der er restaurant, hæveautomat, minimarked samt gratis wi-fi overalt på stedet. This is, I think, our best travel experience. Everything is perfect, the view, the welcome of the owner, the apartment, the terraces, calm and close to the shops and beaches. It is a unique place. 5 Terre For You ligger i Riomaggiore, 14 km fra Castello San Giorgio og 12 km fra Det Tekniske Søfartsmuseum. Der er udsigt til haven. Everything- do not hesitate to book. the view is truly spectacular and watching the sunset from the top of the garden is amazing. Barbara was a fantastic host who met us and showed us to the accomodation. great working aircon in living room and bedroom. very close to shops, restaurants and the port.

Casa vacanze Osvaldo ligger i San Bernardino, 22 km fra Castello San Giorgio og 20 km fra Det Tekniske Søfartsmuseum. Der er have og udsigt til haven. The views from the property are exceptional. There are several outdoor seating areas so you can always find somewhere in the shade. The snacks provided were great. The bed was very comfortable. It was so peaceful at night. The drive up is an adventure! The kitchen has great facilities which made eating in a breeze - make sure you bring food with you as there are no convenient stores or markets. A perfect place to relax after a day hiking or exploring the region.

Dette feriehus med aircondition ligger 5 km fra La Spezia og har udsigt over Poeternes Bugt. Der er 8 km til Portovenere. The property has a spectacular view across the bay of La Spezia from its windows. The apartment was well-appointed with everything we needed for self-catering. It easily accommodates 4 persons although there were just two of us. The hosts met us and helped with our luggage down the path to the apartment. It was quiet and rural on the side of a hill. There were 7 windows looking out from the living area and bedrooms, plus a window in the shower which was totally private but with a great view (a definite first for us). It was a great base to visit Cinque Terre and the town of La Spezia. It was a 15 minute drive from the apartment to underground parking near the ferry terminal and we spent all of one day visiting the 4 villages at which the ferries can stop. Our 3 night stay was just right for us and we would definitely return.
