We arrived before the season and we had the whole place for ourselves, which suited us beautifully. It was so quiet. The place is beautifully situated, atop a hill with fields and vineyards all around. we spent a lovely morning just strolling around with the kids, there's an old watermill nearby (remnants of) and a small stream, but mostly just walking around in the fields, which unlike in other areas of Tuscany, weren't fenced. The pool was still closed and it was too cold for it anyway, but the children enjoyed the big trampoline and the big yard. Anna who works there was wonderful. Very forthcoming and helpful and just nice to be around. Available and at the same time not intrusive, we felt very well taken care of. The place is very nicely situated, we took day trips to some cities and to a hiking trail and everything was less than an hour away.

Michela met me within minutes of my arrival and was wonderful to work with. The room was perfect and the bed was really comfortable. One of the nicest stays of my Via Francigena.

Spectacular place to enjoy the scenery and have a glass of wine. The owner spoils you with a wonderful bottle of wine and a wine tasting and tour. History of the historic winery is reason enough to stay here:). You must stay here if in the area.

The accomodation was amazing and great location. Communication was started before I arrived on location, restaurants and places to see and Stefano was attentive to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a kitchen fully stocked with coffee, tea, croissants, milk and juice. It was a very nice touch to our stay. The unit was very clean and the walk to the city center offered the best view. The owner was so communicative and helpful. We booked very last mins since we didn't plan on staying over in the area that day. And they made it happen. Overall, we had an amazing time in Pitigliano! If we have another chance to return, we would love to stay at this property again.
