The property was spacious and had all the amenities we needed as a family. It was clean and tidy and secure. The staff cleaning and looking after the property were friendly and very helpful. We had a problem with the AC and they sorted it out immediately.

In the Ukyo Ward district of Shimo saga, close to Arashiama Bamboo Grove, 谷町君・星屋・談山旅館 京都嵐山 has a garden, free WiFi and a washing machine. This was a very traditional style Japanese house and we loved it. We had plenty of space for 6 of us, and the location was quiet. Plenty of small marts nearby, and a delicious noodle restaurant down the street. The room offered a waher/dryer, which was great. We were able to drop off our luggage early, while we explored Kyoto before check-in.

In the Minami Ward district of Kyoto, close to Kyoto Station, Kyoto Villa Kotone has a garden, free WiFi and a washing machine. Guests staying at this holiday home have access to a balcony. Location was excellent! Only a 5 minute walk from the Kyoto station. Could walk to most of the major sights. We were a group of 7 and found the facilities to be very comfortable.

Great Ninja house with secrets. The owner is very kind and his recommendations were very useful. There are a lot of restaurants in this neighbourhood and also grocery stores. From this place it is easy to travel with public transport to many touristic spots.

In the Higashiyama Ward district of Kyoto, close to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, Campton Kiyomizu Vacation Rental has a garden, free WiFi and a washing machine. 1. staff can speak fluent English, very friendly. 2. love the layout in the bathroom. 3. Japanese style tiny garden and balcony in room increase the atmosphere.

Kyoisuke offers accommodation within 700 metres of the centre of Kyoto, with free WiFi, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. It exceeded our expectation. The property looked and felt as the pictures show. The staff were wonderful and very attentive. A true traditional town house that perfectly matches the Kyoto culture. The property was close to many restaurants and cafes. The Macha tea ceremony was great at our Arrival. A bonus.

BenTen Residences offer a Japanese machiya accommodation in the heart of Higashiyama, Kyoto. Yasaka Shrine is 7 minutes on foot, while Kiyomizu Temple is a 14-minute stroll. Takase San bring all the goodness and hospitality were very good we all enjoy stay at shimaya definitely stay again

Situated in Kyoto, 500 metres from Kyoto International Manga Museum,Kyoto Machiya Fukune is an accommodation with a garden. The accommodation has a hot tub. Real gem and amazing stay- we stayed at Biwa. If you want to have a Japanese stay experience, I recommend you to stay here! Really unique experience, with free mini bar! Staff were really friendly and welcomed us with a big smile. Rule book was sufficient. Hosts also gave us a celebratory gift for our anniversary, thank you so much, we really enjoyed the stay. The place is slightly far from public transport so do plan some time to locate it. Do take some time to cool off the water hot tub if you think it is too hot!

Toukokuussa 2017 avattu Mulan Hostel sijaitsee Arashiyamassa. Arashiyaman asemalle on 2 minuutin kävelymatka. WiFi on maksuton hostellin kaikissa tiloissa. The place is very cozy. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The shared bathrooms are also well-taken care of. Oh-san was a perfect host. She was very pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely come again. The place is highly recommended.
