It is in a quiet village with central location to the surrounding area including visit to Obidos if required. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend others to stay here if you travel in this area.

ALTO DA GARÇA - PRIME VILLAS & SPA provides a sauna and a hot tub, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Nadadouro, 10 km from Obidos Castle. Modern space with lots of utilities. The area was fairly quiet and private. The villa we stayed in had lots of sunlight (all the other villas look very similar) and we were able to watch the sunset which was beautiful. Love that the properties are gated and there’s space for the cars.

This property is cozy and comfortable nestled in the center of this charming boulder filled wonder of a village. The property is a quick walk up to the castle and a fascinating stroll through the boulder laden streets. Eloiza is an amazing host. She met us at the town square and delivered our luggage to the property, a two minute ride and a five minute walk. It was raining when we arrived and she brought us delicious vegetable soup, home made cookies and delicious full bodied wine from the Monsanto region. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Eloiza gave us excellent suggestions regarding other places to explore in the area.
