Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Natur Waterpark is 23 km away. Isabel was very helpful. We even got breakfast in the morning, that we werent expecting. Location is good, we loved the animal around.

I loved everything about this stay, so much so that I extended my stay and then came back for two more days after exploring another area for a day. Marília is a wonderful host, and she delivers a beautiful breakfast basket every morning, filled with coffee, fresh-squeezed orange juice, and home baked goodies. The space was perfect for me, with a comfortable, firm bed, fabulous shower, super fast WiFi, a day bed that doubles as a couch, and a big table for writing/working. I didn't use the kitchen much, because there were excellent vegetarian options in Caminha (Cantina do Bem and Jeni's Diner). I will definitely be back! Thank you Marília! There a few things you can't tell from the photos: - The ceiling on the ground floor is relatively low. Tall people will have to watch the clearance. - Access to the spacious upstairs bedroom is by ladder rather than by stairs. I found it easy to navigate, but it could be difficult if you have mobility challenges. - The apartment is accessed by two sets of uneven stone steps. Again, it could be challenging if you're not fully mobile.

Situated in Geres, in a historic building, 700 metres from Geres Thermal Spa, Chalet Villas Gerês is a recently renovated villa with an outdoor swimming pool and garden. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Rooms are equipped with a balcony with mountain views. The property really exceeded our expectations. The hosts (wife and husband) are very caring and nice people, the rooms are tidy and clean, your can park your car on site, the pool is a nice opportunity to cool down after a day of hiking and the location is perfect to explore Geres and the sourrounding country park. Our apartment was facing a small orange & lemon tree orchard, from which we picked oranges and lemons for juice every morning. There's also some grapes, I assume if you stay later in the year you may have grapes as well (we stayed in June, too early for grapes). We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend staying at this place!
