The house is located in the middle of a beautiful tropical garden and it is surrounded by the rainforest on all sides. The views are amazing. Victoria is not too far, and the bus connections are frequent, so a car is not essential, although I would recommend renting one. The bungalow has everything you might need even for a long stay. Spotlessly clean. The host was very welcoming and gave us some good tips. She offered to keep our luggage on our last day and to provide us with shower facilities, so keep that in mind if you have a late flight.

It was a really wonderful stay. Host were just perfect and we had really nice talks with them about Seychelles, living in Seychelles, travelling ... about everything really. In the end they took us to airport out of their own time (during small family event) and without any charge (I insisted paying in the end). House was nice and really quiet and there is a wonderful view from the balcony, watching dolphins during your morning coffee. Strongly recommended. The property is outside Bea Vallon, so getting to there is 10-15 minutes walk.

I was amazed by how clean and spacious the property was. We also had complementary drinks and fruits in the property which made us feel welcomed. Above all the owners were very friendly and welcoming and were always happy to help with our request.

Villa Kordia ligger på Pointe aux Sel og tilbyder indkvartering i kreolsk stil i en anlagt have, blot 5 minutters kørsel fra Anse Royale. Seychellernes lufthavn ligger 8 km derfra. I really appreciate the level of hospitality and support from the hosts. The villa exceeded our expectations, everything was very clean and cleaning staff were coming every 3 days. We have really enjoyed the garden & the barbeque area: we were having a fresh grilled fish almost every days. Walking distance from the supermarket, 5 mins drive to a shop with fresh fish. It is a very good location: nice beaches can be accessed within ~20 min drive, not far from the airport.
