Villa Belle Plage offers private beachfront villas located right on the famous Anse Kerlan beach on Praslin Island. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The high rating covers all: the location, appearance and equipment, as well as the host. The size of the accommodation is most optimal for 2 people. 3 equally large villas, which are separated by greenery to provide guests with privacy, are located right by the sea and offer a private beach with sun loungers. In the immediate vicinity is the golf course of the Constance Lemuria hotel and a road along which you can walk to a few smaller supermarkets, souvenir and clothing shops, restaurants and take-aways. In front of the villas there is also a small private parking lot where you can leave your rented vehicle. The surroundings of the villas are very quiet. The buildings are designed with a touch of local architecture, as well as the interior. The equipment of the villas is new, very aesthetic and of high quality. On the terrace of each villa, which faces the sea, there is a table with chairs and two loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation. Sugar, salt and oil are also available, so you don’t need to buy them. The coffee machine works on ground coffee, not capsules. The accommodation also includes umbrellas and a flashlight for possible walking and strolling when it gets dark (around 6:30 PM). We had no problems with mosquitoes, but the accommodation also offers a spiral that lights up and whose smoke repels insects. Cleaning is daily, the result is that cleanliness is top-notch, in the bathroom you have shower gel and shampoo available and really a lot (almost too much) of soft white towels of various sizes. Each guest also gets a large, beautiful beach towel. Wi-Fi works great. All published photos show the actual state. We could even say that reality is even more beautiful than in the photos. I recommend the accommodation without hesitation. And I have never met such a caring and friendly host. Mr. Bert is really a special, wonderful person.

Featuring a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and a garden, Cap Jean Marie Beach Villas can be found in Anse Kerlan, close to Anse Kerlan Beach and 1.3 km from Petite Anse Kerlan Beach. We stayed for 3 nights at Cap Jean Marie Beach Villas and we enjoyed every moment. There are villas with large balconies facing the ocean. The rooms are very clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed is comfortable and air conditioner is quiet. We prepared breakfast ourselves. Convenient if not dependent on predetermined times of day. The location is pleasantly quiet, surrounded by small accommodations. Located directly on the beach. Small shops within walking distance. Good location to hike to Anse Lazio. We later regretted not planning to stay longer. AnnaRose is a very kind and sweet host. She really cares about her quests.

Located on Praslin Island, Heliconia Grove has direct access to the Cote D'or beach and offers private villas with outdoor pool. This self-catering accommodation features WiFi. Perfect location, big tortoises in the garden, very spacious, exceptionaly friendly staff.

Located 5 km from the Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ocean Villa comprises of a variety of self-catering units, each with a tropical garden. Free WiFi is available. Ailyn, our host , is amazing and made our stay unforgettable. She is an excellent cook and is very friendly. Trying the dinner at the house is a MUST ;). the property is in front of the beach, easy to access, the house is fully equipped and has an outdoor jacuzzi !!

Located along the white sand Cote D'Or Beach, Cote d'Or Footprints is nestled on the north east coast of Praslin Island. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, lush garden which leads onto the beach. Location on Cote D'or and the pool area were lovely. Walking distance to restaurants and shops but would suggest a car for Praslin to see the Valee de Mai and other beaches like Anse Lasio. we will love to come back!

Located in Praslin, directly on sandy Grand Anse Beach, Le Tropique Villa features self-catering accommodations with free private parking. Praslin Airport is a 12-minute walk away. These villas wildly exceeded our expectations, especially at the price we paid. They felt like luxury apartments, all well appointed with high-quality European fittings, and cleanliness was excellent. The staff were fantastic and we had a wonderful stay. Located in Anse Possession, near Anse Boudin Beach and Anse Takamaka Beach, Anse Boudin Chalets & Villa is a recently renovated property, featuring, a garden and barbecue facilities. Excellent house opposite the beach,big,luxurious with an amazing garden. It could fit easily a group of 6. Loukas and Nataly were extremely helpful with everything,suggesting things and booking restaurants for us.
