Beautiful, green and clean hotel with a great view of the canopy and the hills. Fon and her staff were great! Very welcoming and friendly. They made our stay very comfortable. The views from our villa were lovely. The room itself is very well maintained and clean. With a private pool and jacuzzi. Completely loved the stay and enjoyed every bit of it. Will definitely book again when we return to Khao Lak!

The property is so well maintained Bikes and scooters for rent to go to the nearby villages and beaches on the island

Nastanitev บ้านสวนปิยนันท์ (Baansuan Piyanan) je ob obali v mestu Ko Yao Noi, le 18 min hoje od znamenitosti Plaža Klong Jark Beach, in nudi vrt, teraso ter brezplačen WiFi. Absolute gem, we had one of the bungalows in the front with a gorgeous view. The place is new and really clean. Our hosts were super welcoming and attended to anything we needed. There is no lack of water bottles here and the breakfast in the mornings were beautifully made and delicious. We were treated to wildlife sounds at night and pretty sunrises in the morning. The location is close to everything (the island itself is very small) but definitely a scooter helps - we rented a scooter right at the pier and someone brought our luggage to this hotel for 100 baht

The owner, the view , the island pretty much everything was great. But the lady who runs the place I apologize for not remembering her name but she is the best. Cook's great food , washes clothes and will look for u if u are lost lol thanks alot

My husband and I arrived by car and were greeted by the hosts who were super friendly and helpful.The accommodation was near the hosts property and therefore we were able to use the pool if we wished.The gardens were beautiful ,it felt so tranquil being there especially at night .There is some building work going on nearby due to this being a new area that is being developed but that didn't bother us for we were out all day.There are shops and a market nearby, the beach is over 1 hr walk away so a car / bike is recommended especially to go exploring to other areas.The accommodation was spotless. The bed is very comfortable, T.V with Netflix, a well functioned kitchen.Instant hot water to have a shower.We would highly recommend staying here.

These were wonderful days of staying at the villa, we express our gratitude to the owner. Suchada is a very caring hostess who ensures your privacy, is always in touch and ready to help with any questions. Upon our request, she provided a comfortable private transfer from the pier on the day of arrival and departure, rented a bike on which we toured the entire island, and organized a trip to the islands of the reserve on longblatt with an English-speaking captain. Our stay at the villa was really comfortable and private. A wonderful place if you want to recuperate away from the noise and enjoy nature, as well as enjoy a private vacation, while knowing that any of your questions will be quickly resolved!
