Stunning place, decorated with a lot of taste. The management of the place is done with a lot of professionalism and kindness. The same can be said about the staff at the restaurant where the food is very good btw. The beach is a minute walk away. Mostly, the place is beautiful, really a heavenly place. Congratulations for running such a great hotel.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. I have been looking forward to write this review, because this place is the best place we have ever been!!! And we have traveled a lot..From we booked to we left yesterday, we have felt so welcome and been taken so good care of! Excellence is the best word, and in every way! Hospitality, staff, food, the bungalows, housekeeping and the setting is spectacular, on one of the most beautiful beaches on Zanzibar. It’s easy to go to every parts of the island, because they have the best drivers on the planet. So calm, safe cars, on time, waiting for you while you do your plan for that day. They organize massage for you outside your bungalow, private barbecue, and set up trips to different activities on the island that you want to see. And the prices are good. What is good to know is that Jambiani Villas have three properties on the beach. The one in the middle has the restaurant for breakfast and other meals. We stayed on the property 350 meters north, but loved that breakfast walk every morning on the beach! The bungalow had the most amazing sea view, and every morning we sat on the balcony taking it all in, before we jumped into the turquoise water and walked for breakfast. They also offer room service for free, if you want your breakfast in your house, but I recommend the 5 min walk! It is also good to know that this is Africa! One row behind, you meet the locals and you see the poverty and the big differences. But you also see how important tourism are for the locals. We buy their beautiful handmade things, they got work on different properties and they are extremely friendly. We were totally safe even after sunsets, walking to a restaurant along the beach.

Situată în Jambiani, Amka House are un restaurant și acces direct la plajă. Terasa mare oferă vedere la Oceanul Indian, iar oaspeții beneficiază de WiFi gratuit în întreaga proprietate. Voi scrie recenzia in limba romana, pentru ca sotia lui Issa este romanca. Ambele Amka sunt superbe, de pe terasa privelistea este idilica, oceanul este la cativa zeci de metri si oamenii din sat sunt linistiti. Camerele sunt spatioase, farte curate si luminoase. Am petrecut doar trei zile acolo, dar vom reveni in mod sigur. Issa este foarte primitor, ne-a plimbat prin imprejurimi cu tuk-tuk lui si ne-a ajutat cu tot ceea ce am avut nevoie.Internetul functioneaza bine si in jur sunt magazine locale si cateva restaurante.

Rori luxury villa is one of my absolute favourite hotels that i have stayed in. Starting from the location, which is situated right on the beach, to the hospitality of the owners,Riccardo and Romina, is top tier 👌. It's a picturesque villa that has everything you need in it. The breakfast was amazing. And again ,the hospitality was beyong amazing . Thank you, Riccardo and Romina

Kikadini House is very special, beautiful place to rest and chill. It is located in Jambiani village in very calm area but very close to the wonderful beach. There is about 10 minutes walk. Near are shops, very nice and tasty italian food and Zanzi Barbar with live music and drinks:)) Kikadini House is new, clean and very comfortable. Everything what we needed was inside (towels, toiet paper, dishes and others household items) . There is really lovely veranda where you can feel ocean breeze and you can even sleep at the night. I sincerely recommend!!!

CDM Villas Kiwengwa se găsește la 41 km de Sala Memorială a Păcii și oferă o piscină în aer liber, o grădină și unități de cazare cu aer condiționat, WiFi gratuit și balcon. The location is perfect. The breakfast was ok. There is a sports bar/restaraunt directly across the street with great food though. Many option to choose from. The villa was gorgeous and clean. The community pool was lovely as well. The host is very accomadating and super kind.
