Travis was an exceptional host. The communal fire pit was wonderful where people could come together at the end of the day and talk about their adventures. We had a great 3 nights and it felt like a home away from home. Wonderful spacious room, superfast WiFi, and Netflix available. Great central location handy to the aircraft operators and close to town.

The views are breathtaking. Getting to see reindeer roam the property and play in the woods was magical. The owner was attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond. Because of Ken, we experienced the aurora two nights in a row! We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back.

Quiet, Elegant & Cozy - 4 er staðsett í Talkeetna í Alaska-héraðinu. Miles from Downtown er með svalir og útsýni yfir hljóðláta götu. Everything was perfect, thank you Jonathan and what a beautiful house do you have!!

Chena Valley Cabin er í Pleasant Valley og þar er tilvalið að horfa til norðurljóss. Þetta nýuppgerða sumarhús er með byggingu frá 2012, sem er 45 km frá University of Alaska Fairbanks. The property was so cute! Lovely cabin tin a the woods and small clearing. The cabin was also in the perfect location to see the lights because it was outside of the city enough to not have too much city lights, but close enough to go to Fairbanks and other cute areas to visit during the day time. The house had everything you needed for a great stay. They even provide firewood for out door fire pit which was a fun night to roast marshmallows. The owners where so sweet even when I had a hard time finding the place do late at night.

This location maybe the sweet spot. It is just a short drive to the heart of the city but felt like we were deep in the woods. Being attached to the main house, we felt on an adventure, yet safe. Our hosts made us feel welcome from the first moment. If you're looking for a sense of "the real Alaska" without having to give up all the niceties of modern living, you can't go wrong with this property.

Manor Getaway er staðsett í Anchorage, 2,4 km frá William A Egan Civic & Convention Center, 2,7 km frá Dena Civic-ráðstefnumiðstöðinni og 4,2 km frá Sullivan Arena. Needs some help. Bathroom door is imposible to close. Shower was difficult to turn on. Beds were too tall to get into. Assist bars would have been nice to get off the toilet. I am slightly handicapped and these observasions are from my point of view.
