Self check-in/out. Hosts always available via Whatsapp, gave some great recommendations. Swimming pool was lovely. Good building security. It’s not luxurious but it doesn’t try to be and it is priced for what it is. Nice swimming pool and gym. It’s in a “practical” part of Salvador, which is just fine. About a 20 min cab ride (which isn’t expensive) to places like Pelourinho and Rio Vermelho. We felt safe, secure, clean and comfortable.
