Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations! Gary went out of his way to help us organize excursions and transportation. He promptly replied to all our messages before we arrived, made sure there was a driver to greet us at the port and welcomed us very warmly when we arrived. Everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the infinity pool was stunning and our room was very comfortable and clean. The food was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

We wish we’d stayed here during our whole time in Nusa Penida! The pool area is so beautifully laid out and kept so clean, and overlooks the jungle which is so peaceful. We absolutely loved our room, the free bottled water every day was a wonderful touch, as well as the size of the huge bed! The AC worked well and we had no problem with mosquitos despite its natural location. Breakfast was simple but delicious — we loved the omelettes and juices. All the staff at the property were so helpful and kind, they sorted any cars we needed as well as bike rental etc really quickly, and it was all good value for money.

Kotu can also make a good price for tourists activities such as Manta Rays and renting scooters! Our dad was also very sick and needed to go to the hospital, Kotu was very helpful with everything (transportation, caring about my dad, etc) I would ABSOLUTELY recommend to stay here!
