Amazing staff. Very informative and helpful. I left an ID in the place and was sent to me in Germany before I left back to the states. I can only imagine what this place is like during summer warm months. Magical I am guessing.

Hard working, very friendly staff. The playing facility in the hotel with slides and trampolines for children was perfect to keep them busy for most of the day.
