The view of Lake Manapouri from our bungalow was outstanding. Each morning I was excited to get up to see how it looked with ever changing cloud formations over the mountains beyond. On the last day there was a fabulous rainbow which we could see from the lounge - wonderful. The kitchen and bathroom are adequate and the beds were comfy. Such a great location for travelling to Milford Sound and walking distance to a friendly place for dinner.

The vibe among campers was respectful, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There were enough toilets dispersed around the camp that we could always find an empty one when we needed it. Perfect location for Doubtful Sound tour departures. Rocky beach within walking distance.

Good location for trip to Doubtful Sound. Great view. Spacious unit. Old style and quite quirky Kiwi Holiday Park. Lake only 200m walk.

Absolutely nothing to like about this property, dirty run down and overpriced. Stay somewhere else! checkin staff not friendly. It's just Yuk! Stay at the Te Anau lakeview holiday Park down the road, a quarter of the price and beautiful.

This is a simple and lovely holiday park. Shared bathroom facilities were fine. Good warm showers. Loved waking up to so much bird song. This is what NZ is known for! Shared kitchen was ideal which we mainly used for hot water and tea. We did not cook there. The location was great as we wanted to be near Te Anau and things were quite booked up around Christmas. Decent WiFi. I would stay here again.

I loved the quirkiness of this Holiday Park. The views over the lake and mountains are amazing. The staff was exceptional, very welcoming, kind and informative. We loved the outdoor fire pit, where we met other travellers.

It was a fabulous place to stay for 2 nights. Staff were lovely and helpful. The bungalow was huge and gardens fantastic. We would have loved to stay all week but travelling all south island. Facilities very good and bed comfy. We visited the Church restaraunt 10mins walk away had a lovely meal there. The view from our windows was breathtaking. Lovely and peaceful.
